السمنة وعلاقتها بتقدير الذات

الملخص
يتزايد انتشار الوزن الزائد والسمنة بمعدلات مثيرة للقلق على مستوى العالم، سواء في دول متحضرة أو النامية. ولذلك تعتبر السمنة من أخطر وأهم القضايا الصحية النفسية والاجتماعية في حياة الفرد والمجتمع. ومما يزيد من خطورتها أنها تستهدف صورة الجسم مما يؤثر على نمو وتطور الشخصية. إن اتجاهات الفرد تجاه جسده قد تكون سلبية أو إيجابية، وهذه الاتجاهات قد تسهل أو تعيق تفاعلات الفرد مع الآخرين. ويرى الباحث أن المتغيرات النفسية قد تتأثر بالسمنة، ومن بينها تقدير الذات. وكانت أهداف البحث الحالي التعرف على:
1- تقدير الذات لدى طلبة الجامعة .
2- الفروق في تقدير الذات لدى طلبة الجامعة على وفق متغير النوع ( ذكر – انثى ) .
3- العلاقة بين السمنة وتقدير الذات لدى طلبة الجامعة .
وطبق البحث على الطلبة المنتمين الى جامعة الانبار ومن الجنسين ( ذ ، ن ) في عام دراسي ( 2022- 2023 ) . ولمعرفة أهداف البحث الحالي واخراج المقياس بصورة علمية استخرج الباحث( تميز وصعوبة الفقرات، الصدق والثبات) . وجاءت نتائج البحث الحالي بعد أن حللت إحصائيا بوجود تقدير للذات على مستوى طلبة الجامعة ولا يوجد فرق على اسا متغير الجنس وفروق على اساس متغير السمنة ولصالح اصحاب الوزن الطبيعي .
