الملخص
الحمد لله الذي من علينا بعمة الدين فجعلنا بأتباع أمره ونهيه من الفائزين والصلاة والسلام على سيدنا محمد الذي أرسله الله رحمة للعالمين وعلى آله وأغصان دوحته إلى يوم الدين .
أما بعد: فإن الخير يكمن في الفقه وأهله فيجب الحث على التفقه في الدين وفهم كل المستجدات التي تحصل في حياتنا بشكل عام ، ومن الامور التي توصلت اليها في هذا البحث ان العلامة محي الدين بن افلاطون الرومي البرسوي الشهير بأفلاطون زاده الرومي توفي (937 ه_ 1530 م) ، وله مؤلفات عديدة واشهرها كتاب الاختيارات ، هو من علماء الإحناف وكان له ابرز شيوخه الملا خسرو ، وايضا جمعت في البحث جميع مسائل الخاصة بالايمان والحيلة فيها وكان عدد المسائل ستون مسألة .
