الملخص
هدف البحث الحالي الى التعرف على فاعلية برنامج تربوي في خفض السلوك العدواني وزيادة مستوى الدافعية للتعلم عند عينة من طالبات المرحلة الثانوية. وقد تكون مجتمع البحث من (120) طالبة من طالبات الصف الخامس علمي .ومن خلال تطبيق مقياس السلوك العدواني ومقياس تدني الدافعية تم اختيار عينة البحث (20) طالبة ممن حصلن على اعلى الدرجات على مقياس السلوك العدواني ومقياس تدني الدافعية واستخدم في البحث مجموعه من الوسائل الإحصائية الملائمة لإجراءات البحث منها الوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري والاختبار التائي (T -test) وقد توصل البحث الى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات المجموعة التجريبية والضابطة على مقياس السلوك العدواني ومقياس دافعية التعلم ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية وهذا يدل على فاعلية البرنامج وينسجم مع نتائج بعض الدراسات ذات العلاقة وفي ضوء ذلك قدمت بعض الاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقترحات .
