مهارات الإرشاد الأسري لدى معلمي مراكز التربية الخاصة في محافظة دهوك

الملخص
هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى مهارات الإرشاد الأسري لدى معلمي مراكز التربية الخاصة في محافظة دهوك ، ودلالة الفروق في ذلك تبعاً لمتغيرات : نوع المركز والعمر والنوع الاجتماعي . واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي المقارن ، وتكونت العينة من (106) معلماً ومعلمة تم اختيارهم بصورة قصدية من مراكز التربية الخاصة الحكومية والأهلية في مدينة دهوك . ممن طُبقَ عليهم مقياس مهارات الارشاد الأسري المعد لأغراض البحث الحالي بعد التحقق من دلالات صدقه وثباته والمكون من (62) فقرة موزعة على (11) مهارة. وعولجت البيانات إحصائياً باستخدام معامل ارتباط بيرسون ومعادلة ألفاكرونباخ والاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة ولعينتين مستقلتين وتحليل التباين الأحادي . فأظهرت النتائج أن مستوى مهارات الارشاد الأسري لدى أفراد العينة منخفض ، ولم تظهر فروق دالة تبعاً لمتغيرات نوع المركز والعمر والنوع الاجتماعي . وفي ضوء النتائج تم تقديم جملة من التوصيات والمقترحات .
