الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على دور المشرفين التربويين في تطوير الاداء المهني لمعلمي مادة الاجتماعيات لمديرية العامة لتربية بغداد الكرخ الثانية ، ولتحقق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحث بتصميم استبانة لقياس دور المشرفين التربويين في تطوير الاداء المهني لمعلمي مادة الاجتماعيات لمديرية العامة لتربية بغداد الكرخ الثانية فقد تم تحديد أفراد عينة الدراسة (209) معلم ومعلمة، وقد تم توزيع عدد (230) استبانة وتم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية تم استرجاع (215) استبانة بنسبة استرجاع بلغت (93.4%) وبعد تدقيقها أستبعد الباحث (15) استبانات غير صالحة للتحليل، أي أنه تم استخدام (209) استبانة لأغراض التحليل، وبعد إجراء التحليل الاحصائي تبين مجموعة من النتائج أبزرها أن دور المشرفين التربويين في تطوير الاداء المهني لدى معلمي مادة الاجتماعيات في مديرية تربية بغداد الكرخ الثانية جاء متوسطاً.
