التحليل المكاني لظاهرة الفقر في قضاء هيت وسبل معالجته للفترة (2007-2020)

الملخص
تناولت هذه الدراسة واقع الفقر في قضاء هيت وتحليل التباين المكاني لمؤشرات قياسه على مستوى نواحي القضاء وسبل معالجته، فالهدف من الدراسة التعرف على مفاهيم الفقر المختلفة وأنواعه والأسباب التي تؤدي إليه ومعرفة مستويات الفقر والمؤشرات المرتبطة به والمسببة له والوسائل المتبعة لكيفية معالجته من أجل الخروج بعدة استنتاجات وتوصيات تساهم في تقليل من أزمة وحدة الفقر التي تعاني منها الأسر الفقيرة في القضاء.
وقد توصلت الدراسة أن نسبة الفقر في القضاء تدرج في الارتفاع إذا بلغت نسبته في عام 2007 (30.2 %) بينما في عام 2020 بلغت نسبته إلى (36.8 %) بمعنى يعيش سكان القضاء تقريبا ثلثهم تحت خط الفقر، وقد تباينت نسبة الفقر بين نواحي القضاء فقد احتل البغدادي أعلى نسبة بلغت (72.4 %)، بينما احتلت مدينة هيت أقل نسبة للفقر بلغت. (16.9 %) في حين بلغت فجوة الفقر (8.9 %)، أي بمعنى عمق الفقر في القضاء ليس عميقا وان اتباع سياسة ترفع من شأن الفقراء وتسهم بشكل كبير في خفض نسبة الفقر وتمكنهم من ممارسة جميع الأنشطة، كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة أتباع سياسات اقتصادية، واجتماعيـة وتنموية تتبناها الدولة ومؤسساتها بحيث تتناسب مع قدرات وإمكانات القضاء من أجل رفع مستوى الدخل وخفض نسب الفقر.
