الملخص
المرأة نصف المجتمع مصطلح ارتبط بكثرة بالمرأة ونشاطها منذ العصور القديمة ، فقد كان لها وظيفة حيوية مهمة في الحياة بالإضافة الى وظيفتها الاسرية والتي سنحاول التأكيد عليها ودراستها من خلال مناقشة واستعراض ما ورد في كتاب المؤلف الذهبي ( سير اعلام النبلاء ) والذي تعامل مع ترجمات المشاهير منهن في المجتمع الاسلامي وعلى مساحة سبع قرون ، حيث افرد جانبا للبارزات منهن في مجال المعرفة العلمية والفكرية من تعليم و تعلم وخاصة مجال الدراسات الدينية لأنه كان المجال المعرفي الرائج دراسته بتلك الفترة.
