الملخص
اهتمت مجلة الاصالة بالقضايا الاقتصادية داعية الى النهوض باسترجاع الثروة الطبيعية واشتراك العمال الجزائريين في نهوض الصناعة الوطنية والتخلص من البطالة التي انتشرت في المجتمع، واوضحت المجلة ضرورة التصدي لبعض الآفات الاجتماعية كالجهل والتخلف والبدع والخرافات وذلك من خلال الاهتمام بالتعليم والمؤسسات التعليمية والنهوض بها والتي كان لها دور كبير في تبصير المجتمع الجزائري واحياء اللغة العربية من جديد.
وكانت للعائدات النفطية دور في إنعاش القاعدة الوطنية الاقتصادية، وذلك من خلال الواردات النقدية للنفط النفطية التي تغطي الجزء الاكبر من الخزينة العامة للدولة، كما انها مثلت الحجر الاساس في بنماء المشروع التنموي الذي كان قائما على قاعدة الصناعات الثقيلة مما جعل من توفير الايدي العاملة الحد من ظاهرة البطالة في ذلك الوقت. وقد قسم البحث على محورين، المحور الاول دراسة القضايا الاقتصادية، والمحور الثاني خصص لدراسة للتعليم.
