تأثير الاتجاه الديني على روايات كراهام كرين المختارة

الملخص
يناقش هذا البحث التأثير الديني على اعمال كرين والانتقال من الديانة الارذودوكسية الى الديانة الكاثوليكية , تحديداً المؤلفات الثلاثة وهي: صخرة برايتون , القوة والمجد و صلب المسألة. توضح هذه الدراسة رغبة كراهام كرين الملحة لادخال واعادة اهمية تصرف البشر من خلال الاتجاه الديني الى الرواية الانجليزية , حيث كان الانحدار الاخلاقي جدا واضح و جلي في ذلك الوقت. يدرس هذا البحث الموضوع الرئيسي في الروايات الثلاثة المختارة ويطبق نظريات القيم الاخلاقية , الموضوع هو الصراع بين الخير والشر. تطور هذا الموضوع بأستحسان وهوس كرين بالديانة او العقيدة الكاثوليكية. هذا الاستحسان ممكن ان يعتبر كنقطة تحول في احترافه, بالاضافة الى زواجه من فتاة كاثوليكية وهي فيفيان دايرل براونك ايضا يساهم لهوسه. في النهاية الاتجاه الديني غير قابل للفصل من روايات كرين و تأثيرها واضح جدا على اعماله الادبية.
