أنموذج لتقويم مهارات التدريس لمعلمي ومعلمات التربية الفنية في مدارس المرحلة الابتدائية

الملخص
تتحدد مشكلة البحث على وفق المبررات الاتية:
1-اشارت بعض الدراسات السابقة التي تناولت جوانب مختلفة لكفايات المعلمين والمعلمات الذين يكتسبون المهارات المعرفية والفنية في فترة الاعداد الى كيفية توظيفها في عملية التدريس.
2-اعتماد المنهج الوصفي في عملية الحصول على البيانات والمعلومات من مجتمع البحث للوقوف على مستوى تطبيق مهارات التدريس في مجال التربية الفنية.
اذ يهدف البحث الى بناء انموذج لتقويم مهارات التدريس لمعلمي ومعلمات التربية الفنية في مدارس المرحلة الابتدائية.
تكون مجتمع البحث من معلمي ومعلمات التربية الفنية في مدارس المرحلة الابتدائية للعام الدراسي 2020/ 2021، والبالغ عددهم (154) معلماً ومعلمة يتوزعون على (84) ابتدائية تابعة للمديرية العامة لتربية الرصافة الثانية، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية من معلمي ومعلمات التربية الفنية الذين يقومون بتدريس المادة في مدارس المرحلة الابتدائية بلغ عددهم (60) معلماً ومعلمة.
ولإظهار النتائج: استخدمت الباحثة الوسائل الاحصائية الاتي:
1-حساب تكرار الاستجابات لكل فقرة وفقا للمقياس الثلاثي الابعاد.
2-قياس الوسط المرجح والوزن المئوي لكل فقرة.
اما اهم النتائج هي:
ان جميع فقرات النموذج كانت ايجابية لكنها تراوحت ما بين درجات حدة (1,72 – 1,10) وبأوزان مئوية تراوحت ما بين (0,86 – 0,55) وهو يمثل مؤشراً جيداً على وجود تصور ذهني عند معلمي ومعلمات مادة التربية الفنية حول مهارات التدريس الواجب اتباعها في تطبيق المحتوى التعليمي لهذه المادة.
اما اهم الاستنتاجات هي:
بما ان المحتوى التعليمي لمادة التربية الفنية يحتاج الى مجموعة من المهارات لغرض تطبيقه بصورة جيدة لذلك لابد من المام المعلمين والمعلمات بهذه المهارات لغرض توظيفها في عملية التدريس.
