التباين المكاني للمشكلات الصحية التي يعاني منها السكان المتقاعدين في محافظة كركوك لعام2020

الملخص
إن أبرز المشكلات التي تواجه السكان المتقاعدين هي المشكلات المتعلقة بالجانب الصحي، حيث تبدأ وظائفهم الجسدية بالضمور والضعف، بسبب النقص المستمر في قدرة الجسم على مقاومة التأثيرات الخارجية، فضلا عن أن أغلب المشكلات الصحية التي تصيب المتقاعدين من كبار السن قد تصيب افرادا اخرين ومن اعمار مختلفة، إلا أنها تمثل أکثر خطورة على كبار السن من المتقاعدين لضعف مقاومتهم وتأثرهم السريع بالمرض. وقد كشف البحث عن بعض الحقائق المهمة والتباين المكاني بين الوحدات الادارية في محافظة كركوك، ان عدد السكان المتقاعدين الذين يعانون من امراض بلغ (1106) متقاعداً يشكلون نسبة (74,2%) من اجمالي المتقاعدين في منطقة الدراسة، كما سجلت حجوم السكان المتقاعدين الذين يعانون من مشكلات صحية في المناطق الحضرية (794) متقاعدا من اجمالي المتقاعدين، في حين بلغ حجمهم في المناطق الريفية (312) متقاعدا من مجموعهم. اما بالنسبة لتوزيعهم بحسب النوع فقد بلغ
عدد السكان المتقاعدين الذكور المصابين بالأمراض في المحافظة (894) متقاعدا ويمثل (80,8%) من مجموع المتقاعدين، في حين بلغ عدد المتقاعدات الاناث (212) متقاعدة، ويمثلن (19,2%) من مجموع المتقاعدين في المحافظة. واستأثرت امراض السكري بالمرتبة الاولى بنسبة (35,4%) من اجمالي الامراض التي يعاني منها المتقاعدون، فيما حلت الامراض السرطانية في المرتبة الثامنة والاخيرة بنسبة بلغت (1,6%) من اجمالي الامراض التي يعاني من افراد عينة الدراسة.
