الملخص
يهدف البحث الى:
- بناء برنامج تدريبي مقترح قائم على نظرية المرونة المعرفية لمدرسي التاريخ في المدارس المتوسطة والثانوية.
- تعرف أثر البرنامج التدريبي المقترح في مهارات العرض الفعال لمدرسي التاريخ.
- تعرف أثر البرنامج التدريبي المقترح في تحصيل طلبة المدرسين الذين تدربوا على البرنامج التدريبي.
واشتمل مجتمع البحث على جميع المدارس المتوسطة والثانوية في المديرية العامة لتربية صلاح الدين والبالغ عددها(243) مدرسة، وعدد المدرسين(875) وعدد الطلبة(38918) تكونت عينة البحث من(41) مدرساً ومدرسة، وتم تقسيمهم بصورة عشوائية بالقرعة الى مجموعتين: تجريبية(21)، وضابطة(20) اما عينة الطلبة فتكونت من(301) طالباً وطالبة )عينة مدرسي المجموعة التجريبية) و (275)طالب وطالبة (عينة طلبة مدرسي المجموعة الضابطة)
تم بناء برنامج تدريبي قائم على نظرية المرونة المعرفية لمدرسي التاريخ. وتم اعداد استمارة ملاحظة ضمت مهارات العرض الفعال لمدرسي التاريخ وتكونت بصيغتها النهائية من (14) نشاطا موزعة على (63) فقرة بثلاث مستويات (A, B, C) (ضعيف، متوسط، جيد)، وتم حساب معامل الصعوبة والسهولة والقوة التمييزية وفعالية البدائل الخاطئة لفقراته وصدقه وثباته. كما أعد الباحث فقرات الاختبار التحصيلي والبالغ عددها(25) غرضا، وقد اختارت الفقرات الاختبارية من نوع (اختيار من متعدد) بثلاث بدائل، واعتمد الباحث في تحليل النتائج اختبار مان وتني، واختبار ولكوكسن، والاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين ولعينتين مترابطتين.
