الملخص
تضمنت الدراسة التي حملت بعنوان موقف العراق من تأسيس جيش منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية عدة جوانب مهمة أهمها موقف العراق من تأسيس جيش منظمة التحرير في المحافل الدولية ، إذ شارك العراق في جميع المؤتمرات العربية التي أدت إلى نشأة جيش المنظمة ولا سيما مؤتمر الاسكندرية ، كما استقبل العراق عدد من أعضاء جيش المنظمة في المعسكرات العراقية وتم تدريبهم وفق السياقات المعترف عليها في الجيش العراقي ، وكذلك تم قبول عدد من افراد جيش المنظمة في الكلية العسكرية وكلية القوة الجوية ، بالإضافة الى ذلك قدم العراق المساعدات المالية والمعنوية لجيش المنظمة ، كما اعطى العراق الحرية الكاملة لجيش المنظمة في مجال السفر والإقامة ومنحهم جواز السفر ، كما اصدرت الحكومة العراقية قانون الخدمة العسكرية الذي يقضي بمعاملة جيش المنظمة معاملة الجندي العراقي وشموله بمكافئة انهاء الخدمة العسكرية والإجازات ، كما منحت الحكومة العراقية الجنسية العراقية لمنسوبي جيش المنظمة المتزوجين من العراقيات ، لذلك نجد ان العراق لم يبخل على منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية من حيث العدة والعدد لتأسيس جيش منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية .
