الملخص
هدف البحث التعرف بصورة تاريخية على أصول المصرف الزراعي السوري منذ نشأته، وكذلك التعرف على نقاط القوة والضعف والتي أثرت على الاقتصاد الوطني بصفة عامة والزراعي بصفة خاصة في هذه المدة من تاريخ سورية، وقد اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الاستقرائي والمنهج التاريخي في تناول الموضوع الذي شمل تاريخ المصرف الزراعي وسمات العلاقات الزراعية تحت الحكم العثماني وما بعدها حتى عام 1958م وهو عام الوحدة ما بين مصر وسورية ، إذ تم عرض التطورات التي حدثت للمصرف الزراعي من خلال القوانين والتشريعات الخاصة بتنظيم الزراعة والمصرف الزراعي والتي كان لها التأثير الكبير في المجالات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية قبل التأثير على المجال الزراعي .
