الابعاد السياسية والاقتصادية الفاعلة على تفاقم مشكلات مطاحن الحبوب في محافظة كركوك

الملخص
تعد مشكلات الصناعة في العراق بشكل عام من المشاكل التي ترمي بضلالها على الواقع الاقتصادي و السياسي . حيث ان لكل مشكلة صناعية هناك ابعاد ودوافع ادت الى بروز تلك المشكلة ,قد تكون مفتعلة أو نتيجة لمجريات احداث اخرى تؤثر على واقع الصناعة بشكل عام, لاسيما ان المشاكل الصناعية في محافظة كركوك هي امتداد للمشاكل الصناعية المؤثرة في جميع أنحاء العراق , وتعد الابعاد السياسية والاقتصادية من أولى الابعاد تأثيرا على منشآت طحن الحبوب في محافظة كركوك, والتي تؤثر على سير عمل تلك المطاحن وعلى عملية تزويد البطاقة التموينية بالمنتوج , والذي بدوره يصل الى المواطنين ,حيث تحافظ على توازن أسعار السوق , ونقصها يؤدي الى ارتفاع الاسعار والذي من شأنه أن يؤثر على قوت المواطنين , حيث يدفع بالأمور الى منحنيات أخرى , وتفتح الباب للتجاذبات السياسية في هذا الشأن , لاسيما ان العديد من الاحزاب تنتفع من أي خلل يحصل للتدخل لتوسيع القاعدة الجماهيرية والتدخل في الامور الاقتصادية وذلك للترابط الوثيق بينهما, واستقرار هذين البعدين الاقتصادي والسياسي يعني استقرار الصناعة بشكل عام.
