الملخص
يسعى البحث الموسوم (دور تطبيقات القنوات الفضائية عبر الهاتف المحمول في معالجة خوف وقلق الجمهور أثناء الكوارث الإنسانية) إلى التعرف على مدى متابعة الجمهور لتطبيقات القنوات الفضائية عبر الهاتف المحمول اثناء الكوارث الانسانية، وعلى الخطر الذي يتعرض له المجتمع ومقدار الخوف والقلق الذي يصيبه من ذلك الخطر، والتعرف ايضاً على دور وسائل اعلام في تقديم رسائل تطمين عن طريق قادة رأي أو مسؤولين حكوميين يثق بهم المجتمع، وعلى مدى تأثير تلك الرسائل في معالجة الخوف والقلق لدى الجمهور.
ويعد هذا البحث من البحوث الوصفية، واستعمل الباحث المنهج المسحي للبحث عن معلومات الظاهرة الاعلامية (معالجة الخوف والقلق من الكوارث الانسانية )، واستعمل الباحث أداة الاستبانة لجمع المعلومات عن الظاهرة من الجمهور.
ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل اليها البحث هناك متابعة كثيرة للكوارث الانسانية من الجمهور لتطبيقات القنوات الفضائية عبر الهاتف المحمول، وكذلك تساعد تلك التطبيقات الجمهور في الحصول على المعلومات عن الكوارث، وتؤدي ايضاً رسائل تطمين للجمهور لمعالجة الخوف والقلق الناتج عن تلك الكوارث.
