الملخص
هدف البحث في التعرف على إمكانية توافر متطلبات نظم التعليم الالكترونية في مؤسسات التربية والتعليم وانعكاساتها على التكامل المعرفي للطالب والمعلم، واستخدم الباحث اسلوب المسح (الاستبانة) لجمع البيانات، وقد تم اختيار العينة بطريقة العينة العشوائية البسيطة وهي تتكون من 94 مفردة من الكوادر التدريسية في قسم تربية الفلوجة وأساتذة الجامعات في جامعة الفلوجة. وكانت الخلاصة العامة لأبرز نتائج البحث كما يلي: -
ارتفاع محور (مدى مساهمة نظم التعليم الالكترونية في شد انتباه الطلاب واستيعابهم اتجاه المناهج الدراسية) بالمرتبة الاولى من بين المحاور الأخرى بمتوسط حسابي بلغ 3.62 وانحراف معياري نسبته 1.09. بينما بلغ محور (درجة ملائمة نظم التعليم الالكترونية في مؤسسات التربية والتعليم العراقية مع كفاءة الكوادر التدريسية) بالمرتبة الثانية بمتوسط حسابي بلغ 3.33 وانحراف معياري نسبته (1.55) وبلغ محور (درجة توافر المتطلبات الأساسية لنظم التعليم الإلكترونية في مؤسسات التربية والتعليم العراقية) بالمرتبة الثالثة بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.31) وانحراف معياري بلغ (1.83)، ثم جاء محور (الانعكاسات (الإيجابية والسلبية) المتوقعة من استخدام نظم التعليم الالكترونية في مؤسسات التربية والتعليم العراقية على التكامل المعرفي للطالب والمعلم) بالمرتبة الرابعة بمتوسط حسابي بغ (3.22) وانحراف معياري بلغ (1.22).
