الملخص
يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على أثر استراتيجية PECS في تحصيل طلاب الصف الاول المتوسط في مادة المطالعة والتفكير الإيجابي لديهم, اختار الباحث (متوسطة الأمين للبنين) بصورة قصدية من بين المدارس التابعة لمديرية تربية صلاح الدين / قسم تربية الضلوعية, وتكونت عينة البحث من (66 طالبا), وقسمت العينة على مجموعتين بصورة عشوائية , وكافأ الباحث بين مجموعتي البحث في بعض المتغيّرات (العمر الزمني محسوباً بالشهور, والتحصيل السابق للطلاب, واختبار الذكاء دانليز, والتفكير الإيجابي), ولغرض تحقيق هدف البحث, أعدَ الباحث اختباراً تحصيلياً مؤلفاً من (40 فقرة) من نوع الاختيار من متعدد, وتأكد الباحث من صدقهِ وثباتهِ ومعامل صعوبة فقراتهِ وقوة تمييزهِ, وفاعلية بدائلهِ غير الصحيحة, أما الأداة الثانية فتمثلت بمقياس التفكير الإيجابي, إذ تكون المقياس من (35) فقرة وتأكد الباحث من معامل الصعوبة والقوة التمييزية لهُ, وعند تطبيق أداتي البحث على مجموعتي البحث, واستخراج البيانات وتحليلها تَوصلَ الباحث إلى تفوق طلاب المجموعة التجريبية الذين درسوا مادة المطالعة على وفق استراتيجية PECS على طلاب المجموعة الضابطة الذين درسوا على وفق الطريقة الاعتيادية, وفي ضوء نتائج البحث خرج الباحث بمجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات والتوصيات.
