الملخص
كانت الظروف الدولية والاحداث التي مرت بها دول العالم بصورة عامة وفرنسا بشكل خاص لاسيما ما بين الحربين العالميتين الاولى والثانية كانت تلك الاحداث ذات تأثير كبير في الحركة الوطنية الجزائرية ,إذ ولدت تلك الظروف والاحداث تبلور فكرة المقاومة السياسية تلك المقاومة التي قادتها الاحزاب والجمعيات التي ظهرات في الجزائر واستخدمت تلك الاحزاب والجمعيات الصحف كوسيلة شرعية لتحقيق مطالب الجماهير, وكانت صحف جمعية العلماء المسلمين الجزائريين لها الأثر الكبير في الحركة الوطنية، إذ اعتمد روادها في تحرير مقالاتهم على استراتيجية إصلاحية أحدثت ثورة في الأفكار وتغيير في ذهنيات الجماهير والذي هدفت من خلاله الى خلق جيل جديد يدعو لها، باعتبارها من وسائل الكفاح وإيقاظ الوعي وتبليغ صوت الأمّة إلى العالم العربي والرأي العام العالمي.
