الملخص

هـدفت الدراسـة التعـرف علـى مسـتوى التسامح لدى طلبة قسم علم النفس بجامعة صلاح الدين ، ودلالـة الفـروق فـي ذلك تبعاً لمتغيري الصف والجنس ، وكذلك التعرف على السمات الشخصية لديهم ، وطبيعة العلاقة بين التسامح والسمات الشخصية . وشـملت عينـة الدراسـة (144) طالبـاً وطالبة تم اختيارهم عشوائياً من طلبة الصفوف الثاني والثالث والرابع في قسم علم النفس بكلية الآداب/ جامعة صلاح الدين . واعتمـــدت الدراســـة علـــى أداتـــين همـــا : استبانة التسامح من إعداد لطيفة عثمان الشعلان و منيرة عبد الرحمن المقرن(2014) ، ومقيـــاس فرايبـــورج لســـمات الشخصـــية والمعـــرب مـــن قبـــل (علاوي،1987) . وبعد معالجة البيانات إحصائيا تبـين أن مسـتوى التسامح لدى أفراد العينة هو منخفض ، ولا توجـد فـروق في التسامح يعزى للصف الدراسي أو الجنس . وأظهرت النتـائج أن الطلبة يتميـزون بسـمة (العصبية ، العدوانية ، الكف) بدرجة متوسطة ، في حين أن مستوى السمات الخمسة المتبقية (القابلية للاستثارة ، الاجتماعية ، السيطرة ، الاكتئابية ، الهدوء) لدى أفراد العينة كانت منخفضة وبشكل دال إحصائياً . كما أشـارت النتـائج إلـى وجـود علاقة ايجابية دالة إحصائياً بين التسامح وسمتي الاجتماعية ، والهدوء ، وتبين أن هناك علاقة سلبية دالة إحصائياً بين التسامح وسمات العدوانية ، والعصبية ، والسيطرة ، في حين لم تظهر علاقة دالة بين التسامح وبقية السمات. وفي ضوء النتائج تم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات .
