الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على دور التعليم المتمازج في تطوير الكفايات التكنولوجية لدى مدرسي اللغة العربية للمرحلة المتوسطة من وجهة نظرهم . تم استعمال المنهج الوصفي التحليلي على عينة مكونة من (84) مدرس ومدرسة تابعين لمديرية التربية في مركز محافظة كربلاء. قام الباحثان بتطوير استبانة من خلال مراجعتهم لبعض الدراسات السابقة ذات الصلة بموضوع الدراسة وتوصلا من خلالها الى بناء (20) فقرة وعلى ضوئها تم توزيعها على العينة . تم استخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية وإختبار (T-test) في الحصول على النتائج . وقد اسفرت النتائج : إن دور التعلّم المتمازج في تطوير الكفايات لدى مدرسي اللغة العربية جاء بدرجة متوسط . ووجود أثر للجنس ولصالح الذكور . وعدم وجود أثر للمؤهل العلمي والخبرة التدريسية . وفي ضوء النتائج خرجت الدراسة بجملة من التوصيات والمقترحات .
