الوظيفة الاخبارية لصحافة المحمول ودورها في الكشف عن قضايا الشأن المحلي دراسة تحليلية في تطبيقات المواقع الاخبارية الالكترونية (موقع السومرية نيوز) أنموذجا

الملخص
لم تعد الهواتف المحمولة في عصر تكنلوجيا الاتصال تقتصر على اداء دورا في عملية التواصل والاتصال بل اضحت وسيلة من وسائل الإعلام الصحافية تحمل في طياتها الخبر والمعلومة وهذا أمر في غاية الأهمية ،فهي تخدم المجتمع ،وتساعد على نشر المعرفة . ويهدف البحث إلى بيان اهتمام الموقع الالكتروني محل الدراسة بالموضوعات والقضايا التي تخص الشأن العراقي . والتعرف على اهم التطبيقات الاعلامية التي يمكن ان يستفاد منها في (صحافة المحمول).وتوصل البحث بعد استعراض الجانب العملي إلى مؤشرات علمية وموضوعية تؤكد ان تطبيق السومرية نيوز ما هو الا تطبيق اخباري صرف تضمن على عناوين تصل الى المستفيدين بعد ان يتم تنزيل هذا التطبيق من الانترنيت لتصل كتقارير اخبارية ركزت على ستة محاور اساسية للشأن العراقي خلال مدة البحث وكان من ابرزها الشأن الصحي والذي تصدر الشؤون الحياتية الاخرى للمجتمع العراقي للحفاظ على استمرارية الحياة ولم يهمل التطبيق الاخباري الشؤون الاخرى المتمثلة بالشأن الامني والعسكري والاقتصادي والاجتماعي وتمفصلاتها التي تهم الشريحة الاكبر من المجتمع العراقي
