العلاقات الاقتصادية اليابانية – السعودية 1971-1981

الملخص
بدأت العلاقات بين اليابان والمملكة العربية السعودية منذ بداية القرن العشرين اذ بدأت كزيارات غير رسمية لشخصيات يابانية وتطورت الى زيارة وفد رسمي ياباني لترسيم العلاقات السياسية بين البلدين , اذ بدأت البضائع اليابانية الدخول الى المملكة بعد عام 1930 .اتسمت العلاقات الاقتصادية بين البلدين خلال فترة البحث بالقوة اذ شكل العامل الاقتصادي العمود الفقري للعلافة بينهم ,اذ سجلت تبادل تجاري كبير خلال سبعينيات القرن العشرين شملت حصول اليابان على امتيازات نفطية داخل الاراضي السعودية واستيراد المملكة العربية السعودية البضائع والمصنوعات اليابانية كذلك اقامة مصانع حيوية داخل السعودية بخبرات يابانية وشملت ايضا نقل الخبرات اليابانية الى العامل السعودي من خلال المعاهد التدريبية . هذه العلاقة الاقتصادية القوية انعكست على موقف السعودية خلال فترة حضر النفط العربي عام 1973 وسعت الى استثناء اليابان من الحضر ولقد نجحت بذلك. لقد ازداد التقارب بين اليابان والمملكة العربية السعودية بعد حرب تشرين ليصل الى قمته في عام 1976 , لتصدم اليابان من جديد في ازمة النفط الثانية عام 1979 بسقوط شاه ايران الحدث الذي اثر على امدادات النفط اليابانية من ايران وعلى مشاريعها العملاقة فيها , الحدث الذي اثر ايجابا" على علاقتها مع المملكة العربية السعودية التي وقفت مع اليابان لتعويضها النقص الحاصل في امدادات النفط بزيادة التصدير النفطي اليها
