الملخص
يستهدف البحث من الموسوم (الاعتقاد القائم بعدالة العالم لدى التدريسيين في الجامعة ),من خلال التحقق من الأهداف الآتية:
- التعرف على الاعتقاد القائم بعدالة العالم لدى التدريسيين في الجامعة .
- التعرف على دلالة الفروق الإحصائية في الاعتقاد القائم بعدالة العالم لدى التدريسيين في الجامعة وفقا لمتغير الجنس, ولتحقيق أهداف البحث قام الباحثان ببناء مقياس الاعتقاد القائم بعدالة العالم بالاعتماد على نظرية الاعتقاد القائم بعدالة العالم , lerner&Melvin)) وتعريفهما للمفهوم ,وقد تحقق الباحثان من الخصائص السايكومترية للمقياس ,إذ تم استخراج الصدق بطريقتين وهما : الصدق الظاهري وصدق البناء ,,كما أستخرج الثبات بطريقتين هما : أعادة الاختبار ,فبلغ معامل الثبات (0,77 ), والفاكرنباخ فبلغ معامل الثبات (0,79), وتكون المقياس بصيغته النهائية من (22) فقرة صالحة لقياس مفهوم الاعتقاد القائم بعدالة العالم .
وبعدها تم تطبيق المقياس على عينة الدراسة الأساسية البالغة (400) تدريسي وتدريسية من جامعة تكريت وجامعة الأنبار وجامعة الموصل , وللدراسة الصباحية ,للعام الدراسي (2010-2021), الذين تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية ,وبعد معالجة البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام (المتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري والاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة أو عينتين مستقلتين ,ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون) , تم التوصل الى النتائج الآتية :
- إن أفراد عينة الدراسة يمتلكون الاعتقاد القائم بعدالة العالم .
- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الاعتقاد القائم بعدالة العالم لدى التدريسيين في الجامعة تبعا لمتغير النوع (الذكور – الإناث ), وقد توصل الباحث الى جملة من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات ,وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحثان ومن خلال تحليل البيانات و مناقشتها, يمكن استنتاج ما يأتي.
- إن أفراد عينه الدراسة لديهم درجة عالية وفقا لاعتقادهم القائم بعدالة العالم .
- أن الذكور لديهم الاعتقاد القائم بعدالة العالم أقوى من الإناث تبعا لعينة الدراسة .
