برنامج تدريبي قائم على دمج مهارات التفكير المستقبلي مع انماط التفاعل الصفي لمدرسي الرياضيات وأثره في اكساب مهارات الحل الإبداعي لطلبتهم

الملخص
يهدف البحث الى: (التعرف على أثر البرنامج التدريبي القائم على دمج مهارات التفكير المستقبلي وانماط التفاعل الصفي لمدرسي الرياضات واكساب مهارات الحل الإبداعي لطلبتهم). ولتحقيق هدف البحث صيغت الفرضية الصفرية الاتية: (لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطي درجات طلبة مدرسي الرياضيات الذين تدربوا مدرسوهم وفق البرنامج التدريبي المقترح (المجموعة التجريبية) والذين لم يتدرب مدرسوهم وفق البرنامج التدريبي المقترح (المجموعة الضابطة) في اختبار مهارات الحل الإبداعي القبلي-البعدي). تكونت عينة البحث تكونت من (31) مًدرسا ومًدرسة تم توزعيهم الى مجموعتين تجريبية بواقع (15) وضابطة بواقع (16) وقد تكونت عينة الطلبة من (310) طالب وطالبة وبواقع (150) للمجموعة التجريبية (الذين تدرب مًدرسوهم على وفق البرنامج التدريبي) و(160) للمجموعة الضابطة (الذين لم يتدرب مًدرسوهم على البرنامج التدريبي)، اعدت الباحثة اختباراُ لمهارات الحل الإبداعي تكون من (27) فقرة من نوع الاختيار من متعدد والمقالي. وتم حساب صدقه وثباته ومعامل الصعوبة والقوة التمييزية وفعالية البدائل الخاطئة. واعتمدت الباحثة في تحليل النتائج على اختبار و (T-test) لعينتين مستقلتين وحجم الأثر وكانت النتائج كالاتي: (يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطي درجات طلبة مدرسي الرياضيات الذين تدرب مدرسوهم وفق البرنامج التدريبي المقترح (المجموعة التجريبية) والذين لم يتدرب مدرسوهم وفق البرنامج التدريبي المقترح (المجموعة الضابطة) في اختبار مهارات الحل الإبداعي البعدي)
