التوافق المهني وعلاقته بالتفرد- التشارك لدى المرشدين التربويين

الملخص
يهدف البحث الى التعرف على العلاقة بين التوافق المهني والتفرد- التشارك لدى المرشدين التربويين , وللتحقق من أهداف البحث تبنت الباحث مقياس (الغرابي, 2017) الخاص بقياس التوافق المهني , ومقياس (عسل, 2018) الخاص بقياس التفرد- التشارك. وقد اختارت الباحثة عينة عشوائياً بلغت (200) مرشد ومرشدة من مديريات تربية الكرخ ، ثم قامت الباحثة باستخراج الخصائص القياسية لمقاييس البحث لمعرفة مدى ملائمتها للعينة الحالية، وبعد تحليل الاجابات على أدوات البحث أظهرت نتائج البحث أن عينة البحث تمتلك التوافق المهني بمستوى متوسط , وتمتلك التفرد- التشارك بشكل متوازن , وإن العلاقة الارتباطية كانت بين الأفراد الذين يتصفون بالتفردية هي طردية ولكنها غير دالة , أما بالنسبة للأفراد الذين يتصفون بالتشاركية فكانت العلاقة طردية دالة احصائيا, وفي ضوء نتائج البحث توصلت الباحثة الى بعض التوصيات والمقترحات.
