الملخص
البحث المقدم يناقش الرمزية والمجزية في راوية أمير الذباب أنها تبوح ما الذي يحدث للحضارة الوحيد. الحضارة تتحول الى الوحشية عندما لا يكون هنالك قانون. الرمزية رالف يمثل الحضارة والديمقراطية بينما جاك يمثل الوحشية والدكتاتورية. في المجازية رالف يمثل الشخصية الجيد بينما جاك يمثل الشخصية الشريرة.
