إدارة الوقت لدى مدراء المدارس الابتدائية

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على إدارة الوقت لدى مديري ومديرات المدارس الابتدائية، وهدفت الى معرفه العلاقة بين النمط الاداري المدرك وإدارة الوقت، تبعا لمتغير الجنس (ذكور / اناث) والخدمة الادارية، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينه الدراسة من ( 200) مدير ومديره للمدارس الابتدائية في محافظه صلاح الدين، وقامت الباحثة ببناء مقياس إدارة تكون من (32)، وقد وضع امام كل فقرة خمس بدائل، وقد اظهرت النتائج ان مديري ومديرات المدارس يتمتعون بمستوى متوسط من اداره الوقت، وجاءت النتائج لصالح الذكور، ومن خلال النتائج قدمت الباحثة على مجموعه من التوصيات والمقترحات.
