الملخص

هدف البحث تحديد علاقة الخصائص الابداعية لدى رؤساء الاقسام العلمية بالرضا عن العمل لتدريسيي جامعة الموصل.


تكونت عينة البحث من (448) تدريسيا ،اختيروا عشوائياً من ( 23 ) كليه بواقع (13) كلية ذات تخصص علمي و (10) وكليات ذات تخصص انساني ممن لهم خدمة مع رئيس القسم مدة لا تقل عن سنتين وطبق الباحثان اداتين احدهما للتعرف على الخصائص الابداعية لدى رؤساء الاقسام العلمية، والثانية للتعرف على مستوى الرضا عن العمل لدى تدريسيي جامعة الموصل، بعد استخراج صدقهما وثباتهما.


واظهرت نتائج البحث :-



  • ان مستوى الخصائص الابداعية لدى رؤساء الاقسام العلمية كان فوق الوسط أي هنالك ايجابية الخصائص الابداعية لديهم .

  • تبين ان مستوى الرضا عن العمل لدى تدريسيي الجامعة كان فوق الوسط .

  • واظهرت نتائج البحث وجود علاقة إيجابية احصائياً بين الخصائص الابداعيه لرؤساء الاقسام العلمية ورضا التدريسين عن عملهم .


واستنادا الى النتائج التي تم توصل اليها فقد وضع ألباحثان عددا من التوصيات منها :-



  • اعداد دورات تدريبية لتحفيز العاملين في الميدان التربوي وليس فقط رؤساء الاقسام لحثهم على الابداع .

  • اعداد دورات تدريبية تؤكد على تنمية القدرات إلابداعيه للعاملين في المؤوسسات التربويه الاخرى .

  • تهيئة برامج متنوعة تؤكد على موضوع الرضا عن العمل.


وقدما مجموعة من المقترحات :-



  • اجراء دراسة مماثلة في ميدان التربية في المؤوسسات التربويه الأخرى كالمدارس والمعاهد .

  • اجراء دراسة تؤكد على الخصائص الابداعية وعلاقتها بالكفاءة المهنية لدى مديري المعاهد التقنية .

  • الرضا عن العمل وعلاقته بالقدرة على إتخاذ القرار لمديري المدارس الاعدادية في مركز محافظه نينوى .
