الملخص
يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف (قياس الشخصية القوية لدى مدرسي المرحلة الثانوية)
- مستوى الشخصية القوية لدى مدرسي المرحلة الثانوية
- الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية للشخصية القوية لمتغير الجنس (ذكور، إناث)
- الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية للشخصية القوية لمتغير التخصص (علمي، أدبي)
وتضمنت العينة مدرسي المرحلة الثانوية أنساني وعلمي، وقد بلغت عينة البحث (300) مدرس ومدرسة من مدرسي المرحلة الثانوية، وقام الباحث ببناء مقياس الشخصية القوية وهو جزء من المتطلبات الأساسية للبحث الحالي لعدم وجود مقياس يتلاءم مع طبيعة الدراسة، وبعد اطلاع الخبراء على المقياس حيث كان نسبة أتفاق (80%) فأكثر كنسبة لصلاحية الفقرة ومقياس الشخصية القوية متكون من ثلاثة مجالات 1،المجال العقلي 2،المجال الانفعالي 3،المجال الاجتماعي موزع على (30) فقرة، كل مجال عشر فقرات: وجرى التحقق من الصدق الظاهري للمقياس، واستخدم الباحث بعض الوسائل الإحصائية وهي (الاختبار التائي لعينه واحدة، واختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين، ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون الفاكرونباخ) وقد توصل الباحث إلى النتائج الأتية:
- يوجد مستوى متوسط من الشخصية القوية لدى مدرسي المرحلة الثانوية
- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات أفراد العينة على مقياس الشخصية القوية تبعاً لمتغير الجنس
- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات أفراد العينة على مقياس الشخصية القوية تبعاً لمتغير التخصص ولصالح التخصص العلمي
وقد فسّر الباحث هذه النتائج بناءً على الإطار النظري ونتائج الدراسات السابقة: وفي ضوء النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها في البحث الحالي: وخرج الباحث بعدد من التوصيات والمقترحات، منها، أنّ تقوم الجامعات بنشر مفهومي الشخصية القوية عن طريق الندوات والبحوث والمؤتمرات: واقترح إجراء دراسات تتناول الشخصية القوية وعلاقتهما ببعض المتغيرات
