الأوضاع الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في فلسطين بين عامي 1939-1945م

الملخص
تمتعت فلسطين بمناخ البحر المتوسط فهو مناخ معتدل، وتقسم فلسطين من الوجهة الطبيعية إلى الأقسام التالية: المنطقة الساحلية، المطقة الجبلية، مطقة الغور، منطقة بئر السبع، وقد تعرضت فلسطين لغزوات سلمية وحربية، بسبب مكانتها الدينية وموقعها الجغرافي المهم، عرفت فلسطين صناعات متعددة أكسبتها شهرة إقليمية عالمية ومن الصناعات التي تفخر بها هي صناعة الصابون والأدوات المصنوعة من الخشب واشتهرت القدس بصناعة الأحذية وغزة بصناعات الفخار وكثرة معاصر الزيتون.
تأثر الاقتصاد الفلسطيني في فلسطين بالحرب العالمية الثانية وقل إنتاج الزراعة، إذ انخفضت كميات المنتجات المصدرة إلى الخارج متأثرة بقطاع طرق المواصلات العالمية وبالتالي قل إنتاجها مثل: الحمضيات والزيتون وعدد من المنتجات الزراعية زاد الطلب عليها مثل: الحبوب والخضار، وعدد من الفواكه، وامتهن أغلب عرب فلسطين الزراعة ويمتلكون مساحات شاسعة من الأراضي الزراعية في فلسطين، وارتفع إنتاج المزارع الفلسطينية عام 1944-1945 إلى (56%) عما كانت عليه عام 1936، فان صافي أرباح عام 1945 وصل إلى (ثلاثة ملايين)، ولكن الضراب حالة من دون التغير، ودون أحداث تراكم رأسمالي في الريف، وكذلك الاستيطان الذي قلل من الأراضي الصالحة للزراعة وانتشار المستوطنات اليهودية فيها، وزاد الأمور سوءاً، وكذلك تأثرت الصناعة خلال الحرب العالمية الثانية وتراجعت إلى مستويات حادة
