الملخص
من المعلوم أن الاقتصاد الإسلامي قد حظي باهتمام بالغ لدى العلماء، حيث خدموا هذا العلم خدمة جليلة، سواءً من خلال عرضهم للنظام الاقتصاد الإسلامي ربّاني المنشأ أو من خلال تصديهم للأنظمة الاقتصادية الوضعية، والتي هي من صنع البشر ولا تخلو من الثغرات والهفوات، والنظام الاقتصاد الشيوعي من تلكم الأنظمة، فهو مبنيٌ على أساسين رئيسيين، وهما: القول بأن المادة أساس كل شيء وإنكار الغيبيات أولاً، والتفسير المادي للتاريخ ثانيًا، إلا أن العلماء تصدوا إلى هذا المذهب، ولم يقصروا أبدًا في بيان حقيقته، والبوطي -رحمه الله- من تلكم العلماء الذين لهم باع طويل في دمغ ادعاءات أصحاب هذا المذهب بأدلة وبراهين قاطعة.
وهذا البحث جزء مستل من أطروحتي للدكتوراه التي هي بعنوان: (الفكر الاقتصادي عند محمد سعيد رمضان البوطي -دراسة تطبيقية تقويمية)، حيث يدرس الباحث في أطروحته الأفكار الاقتصادية التي تكلم فيها البوطي -رحمه الله-، وقد خصص جزءًا مما كتبه عن الاقتصاد لنقد المذهب الشيوعي الاقتصادي، وذلك بأسلوب علمي دقيق بعيد عن الانحياز لفئة على حساب فئة أخرى.
وعليه فإن هذا البحث يعرض منهج البوطي -رحمه الله- في نقد المذهب الشيوعي الاقتصادي، ومن ثم يقوم ببيان أساس المذهب الشيوعي الاقتصادي، واذي يتجلى في أساسين اثنين كما أشرنا إليهما سابقًا، وفي الأخير يعرض نقد البوطي -رحمه الله- لهذا المذهب، يليها تعقيب الباحث على هذا النقد، وكل ذلك من خلال مقدمة ومبحثين وخاتمة.
