الملخص

هدف البحث الحالي  التعرف على إدارة التميز والرضا الوظيفي لدى مديري المدارس الاعدادية , ومعرفة العلاقة الارتباطية بينهما , تكونت عينة البحث من 30 مديرا ومديرة من المدارس الاعدادية موزعين على ثلاث مناطق هي المركز والوسط والنائية في تربية بغداد الرصافة الثالثة للعام الدراسي 2018- 2019 م , واعتمد الباحث على مقياس (داود , 2015) لقياس ادارة التميز ومقياس( العتابي 2006) لقياس الرضا الوظيفي وتم التحقق من الصدق والثبات لكلا الاداتين, , واعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي ألارتباطي الملائم لمتغيرات البحث , كما استخدم الباحث في تحليل بيانات البحث برنامج التحليل الإحصائي Spss للعلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية وتوصل إلى النتائج الآتية :


1-إن مديري المدارس يتمتعون بإدارة تمييز جيدة ويسعون لامتلاكهم جميع مجالاتها .


2-ان مديري المدارس الاعدادي لديهم مستوى عال من الرضا الوظيفي .


3-يوجد علاقة قوية بين ادارة التمييز والرضا الوظيفي لدى مديري المدارس الاعدادية فكلما كان مدير المدرسة لديه رضا وظيفي عن المهام الموكل لديه نجده يسعى لامتلاكه ادرة متميزة.
