التحليل المكاني لاستعمالات الأرض الدينية في مدينة بعقوبة

الملخص
ضم مدينة بعقوبة بمركبها الحضري استعمالات أرض متنوعة ويتوزع على تلك أنشطة وخدمات متباينة منها الدينية ويتباين هذا التوزيع بين أحياء المدينة المختلفة إذ توزعت المزارات بواقع(3) مزارات والحسينيات (10) حسينيات وحوالي (40) مسجدا في أحياء المدينة وقد لوحظ ان هذا التوزيع لم يخضع الى المعايير التخطيطية وانما وزع اعتمادا على رغبات السكان الذين شيدوا بعض من هذه المراكز الدينية و وبهدف تحقيق العدالة في التوزيع بما يلائم حاجة السكان الفعلية من هذه الخدمات لجأ الباحث الى تطبيق بعض المعايير التخطيطية بهدف الكشف عن الفائض والعجز في توزيعها وفي مقدار حصة الفرد الواحد منها وقد لوحظ وجود عجز في خدماتها في العديد من احياء المدينة بالإضافة الى استخدام الباحث للعديد من الاساليب الاحصائية لتحديد التركز والتشتت في توزيع هذه الخدمات بهدف اعطاء صوره واضحه للمخططين والجهات المسؤولة بهدف اعادة توزيعها بما يلائم حاجة السكان الفعلية من خلال استخدام الباحث العديد من الجداول والخرائط التي نظمت باستخدام تقنية نظم المعلومات الجغرافية GIS.
