التحولات الاجتماعية في ليبيا في العهد الجمهوري 1969-1977

الملخص
شهدت ليبيا خلال الحقبة 1969-1977 تطورات سياسية واقَتصادية واجتماعية ولاسيما بعَد اكتشَاف النفط فيها وتَصْديره منذ عام 1958، إذ طرأت على ليبيا تَغَيُّرات اقتصادية واجتماعية واضحة المعالم وحدثت نقلة نوعية في المجتمع الليبي بعد ان تغير الاقتصاد الليبي من اقتصاد زراعي إلى اقتصاد يرتكز على النفط بشكل كبير، وأصبح 99% من صادرات ليبيا تعتمد على النفط مما نتج عنه نمو كبير في الدخل القومي الليبي، وعلى الرغم من التغيرات الطفيفة التي طرأت على الهياكل الاجتماعية ومُستَوَيات التعليِم والِصّحة في الستينيات من القرن العشرين، الا أنها أدت إلى بروز فئات اجتماعيّة جَديدِةً في المجتمع تمثلت بالعمال والطبقة الوسطى من المهنيين والمثقفين وخريجي الجامعات. وبدأت هذه الفئات تطالب بجزء من العائد الاقتصاديّ وبالمشاركة السياسية حتى قيام مجموعة من الضُّباطِ الليبيين في اول من ايلول/ سبتمبر 1969 باستلام السلطة وإلغاء النّظام الْملكي وإعلان النّظَام الجمهوِري. وعليه شهد الاقتصاد الليبي في السبعينات نمواً سريعاً وأَصبحت ليبيا من أغنى دول العالم، وانعكس ذلك على الجانب الاجتماعيّ ولاسيما في قِطاعيِ التعْليِم والِصحةَ.
