الملخص

  فإن للتشريح أهمية كبيرة إذ بدونه لا يعرف الطبيب مكان العضو ولا كيفية اتصاله بالبدن، كما أن للتشريح أهمية أخرى وذلك في الكشف عن السبب الحقيقي للموت في قضايا الجنايات، هذه الأهمية تقف أمام نظرة الناس إلى الجثة الآدمية نظرة ملؤها التقديس والحرمة ، ولقد عمل المسلمين القدامى بتشريح الجسم الانساني وأن كانوا لم يقولوا صراحة بجواز التشريح كأبن النفيس الذي اكتشف الدورة الدموية الصغرى وأبن الهيثم الذي قام بتشريح العين، ولقد استشهد الفقهاء في مواقف عديدة على تصحيح آرائهم على نتائج علم التشريح في زمانهم ، اما قبله فكأنها إباحة غير صريحة لهذا العلم ، وقد تناولت هذا الموضوع لما فيه من أهمية وقضايا معاصرة يحتاجها طالب العلم والطبيب والفقيه على حدٍ سواء.
