الشخصية القلقة والفراغ العاطفي لدى بعض الزيجات

الملخص
استهدف الباحث في بحثه الحالي التعرف على مستويات ودلالة الفروق والعلاقة الارتباطية في الشخصية القلقة والفراغ العاطفي لدى (170) من الموظفين والموظفات المتزوجين في ( هيئة النزاهة في إقليم كوردستان العراق وفي مديرية البلدية الرابعة ) في مركز مدينة أربيل . مع الأخذ بالحسبان المتغيرات (الجنس ، العمر ، مدة الزواج ، نوع الزواج ، والفارق العمري بين الزوجين ) . ومشكلة البحث هي محاولة الكشف عن مؤشرات إيجابية لوجود أدنى مستويات من الشخصية القلقة و الفراغ العاطفي لدى الزيجات والعيش بسلام مع بعضهما البعض . وقد اعتمد الباحث على مقياس الشخصية القلقة من إعداد الباحث ، وعلى مقياس الفراغ العاطفي من إعداد ( رسول ، 2015 ) . وتم التحقق من صدق وثبات المقياسين . وكانت قيمة الصدق الظاهري لمقياس الشخصية القلقة هي ( 86.66 %) ولمقياس الفراغ العاطفي هي (93.33 %). وبلغ قيمة معامل ثبات بطريقة إعادة الاختبار لمقياس الشخصية القلقة ( 0.75 ) ولمقياس الفراغ العاطفي (0.72) . وبعد تطبيق المقياسين على عينة البحث ومعالجة البيانات باستخدام ((Spss: أظهرت النتائج ما يأتي 1. وجود مؤشرات إحصائية دالة لمستوى الشخصية القلقة لدى الزيجات عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) ولصالح المجتمع . 2. وجود مؤشرات إحصائية دالة لمستوى الفراغ العاطفي بين الزيجات عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) ولصالح الزيجات . 3. إن الفروق في مستويات الشخصية القلقة والفراغ العاطفي تبعا ( للجنس ، العمر ، مدة الزواج ، نوع الزواج ، الفارق العمري بين الزوجين ) لم يرق إلى أي مستوى من المستويات الدلالة الإحصائية ، مع أن الإناث المتزوجات أكثر معاناة من الذكور المتزوجين في مستويات المقياسين . 4. وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ودالة بين الشخصية القلقة مع الفراغ العاطفي . وفي ضوء النتائج قدم الباحث بعض التوصيات والمقترحات.
