إعادة التأهيل المجتمعي للنازحين العائدين الى مناطق سكناهم دراسة ميدانية في مدينة بلد(ناحية يثرب وعزيز بلد إنموذجاً)

الملخص
تتمثل مشكلة الدراسة في الضرورة للتوعية بأهمية التأهيل المجتمعي للأسر العراقية العائدة من عملية النزوح ,فضلاً عن ذلك فهي تهدف الى معرفة طبيعة الظروف الصحية والنفسية والعوامل الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية والثقافية التي يعيشها النازحون العائدون وحجم الخدمات المقدمة للنازحين العائدين لمناطق سكناهم, وقد اعتمد الباحث منهج المسح الاجتماعي في تفسير وتحليل الظاهرة المدروسة، وقد استخدمت استبانة من عدة محاور، واشتملت عينة البحث على100 مبحوث كل مبحوث يمثل رباً لأسرته في القصبات التابعة لقضاء بلد(يثرب –عزيز بلد), تجمع شرائح متعددة واعمار متفاوتة, ومن أبرز النتائج وجود تدني عناصر الامن الانساني والامن الاجتماعي المتمثل بالأمن البيئي وبواقع 63%, ويليه الامن الغذائي وبواقع 43%, والصحي وبنسبة 46%, وكذلك المجتمعي والاقتصادي وبواقع 48% لكلاً منهما, والتعليمي وبنسبة43%,واخيرا تدني خدمات الماء والكهرباء وبواقع 46%, وهذا التدني هو مؤشر خطير لواقع الامن المجتمعي والامن الانساني للعوائل والاسر العائدة .
