Transformations of Persuasive Output Performance Forms
Main Article Content
Abstract
The theatrical performance constitutes an important public discourse, serving as an effective and vital means due to its essential elements and factors, including the direct and live confrontation with the audience (the receiver). Therefore, it requires significant impact, relying on methods to persuade the audience by engaging with the discourse both intellectually and emotionally. Many additions have emerged in theater aimed at attracting the audience. This study is divided into four sections. The first section is the methodological framework. It defines the research problem, objectives, research boundaries, and definitions of terms. The second section consists of two subsections: the first discusses the concept of persuasion and its elements, while the second addresses the performance forms of directors. The third section focuses on research procedures and analysis, and the fourth section presents the results and conclusions.
