The Impact of Fodder Crop Production on Livestock Development in Salah al-Din Governorate

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to define a geographical study of the fodder district, Salah al-Din, in terms of fodder production. Fodder includes barley, corn, hay, and clover. Its importance lies in its relative importance to poultry and livestock, as well as its use in numerous production processes. Agriculture is the basis of its production worldwide, and it includes various types of grains, although few are available. However, its importance stems from its abundant commercial production, its ongoing production of powders, and its nutritional value. The study area faces numerous challenges, including limiting its production and identifying ideal solutions to its deficiencies in crop production according to administrative units. This study aims to summarize and identify the potential for enhancing aspects of agricultural development, diagnose the study area's low levels of agricultural production, identify the causes of this decline, and develop the best methods researchers have reached many results related to fodder production, including that fodder is greatly affected from the economic point of view in terms of what allows work and production, which contributes to increasing income for typical outings, and the effects and aspects of connection with customs and traditions contributed to fodder in reducing economic differences between classes as a result of raising the material level of work, but the economic results contribute to increasing the strength of the state less than imports and meeting the local need for the market and its impact in providing money for the country.
