Analysis of the causes of disability for people with special needs spatially in Babylon Governorate

Abstract
The research seeks to learn about the rates of the disabled population with special needs, and to identify the types of disability and the reasons that led to disability and reveal its spatial contrast in the governorate of Babylon and at the level of its administrative units, and in order to achieve this, the descriptive and analytical approach was used and the quantitative style, and the data tab in the form of schedules and from Then convert it into rates and relative importance to know its spatial contrast within the administrative unit itself and between other administrative units, as well as the use of maps and graphic shapes, and the research relied on the Ministry of Planning and Development Cooperation Data, the Central Agency for Statistics and Information Technology, surveying the map of poverty and maternal deaths for the year 2013, and the survey National to measure the indicators of functionality and demographic and social characteristics of people with special needs for the year 2023. The research reached the existence of a spatial contrast to the disability rates and its causes in Babil Governorate and at the level of its administrative units, and the disability rate in the research area for the year 2013 (14.65) is handicapped per thousand people of the population, to record the sorting side of the rock, the highest rate (23.33) while the Al -Qasim district center came At the lowest rate (5.94), while in the year 2023 the rate reached (49.95) in the governorate, the highest rate (114.74) in the front side, the lowest rate %) The reason for the old age came with the last rank, at a rate of (2.8%). As for the level of administrative units, the Kathi district center came with the highest percentage of the reason for the conversion of the conversion (48.2%), and the vanguard side recorded the highest percentage of disability for the war and the disease (23.9%, 8.2%) in succession, and the rocks of the rock came with the highest percentage (23.6%) For the reason for physical and psychological abuse, the Hilla Judicial Center is issued with the highest percentage of the cause of disability with a work or accident of (15.1%), while the percentage reached (8.2%) in the imam district for the reason for the old age.
