The Obligatory Ruling and Its Applications according to Imam Al-Alusi (may Allah Almighty have mercy on him) in Surah An-Nur: A Jurisprudential Study

Abstract
This research is divided into two sections. The first section identifies the obligatory ruling and the positive ruling and the difference between them in terms of commands, prohibitions and obligation. The second section, it deals with six demands that show Imam Al-Alusi’s attitude towards them with jurisprudential applications. The first demand deals with the obligatory, the second demand with the recommended, the third demand with the forbidden, the fourth demand with the disliked, the fifth demand with the permissible, and the sixth demand with the jurisprudential applications through the interpretation of Imam Al-Alusi (may Allah have mercy on him). The last part of the study is the conclusion which includes the important results and recommendations.
