Abstract
Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and blessings and peace be upon the Master of the Messengers Muhammad and upon his family and companions.
As for the dimension: the title of this paper is the choices of Imam Al-Wahidi (d.468 AH) in his simple interpretation of the issue of (mortgage).
The aim of this research is to know the rule for foreclosure, what it takes, and the ruling that it is permissible in relation to travel and ban.
The researcher began this research with an introduction and two sections. The first topic includes a definition of the life of the Wahidi Imam The second topic includes the issue of mortgage, and then the conclusion.
The introduction deals with the importance of the topic, and my methodology in this research, then I mention the sayings of the jurists and any words chosen by the One Imam on the issue, their evidence, responses to it, and the saying chosen from it on the method of comparative jurisprudence, and at the end of the research I put a conclusion in which I mentioned the most important findings and recommendations that he had reached.
