Abstract

The current research aims to identify positive behavior among university teachers, differences in positive behavior according to gender and specialization, and knowledge of life skills among university teachers,  differences according to gender and specialization,  and knowing the correlation between positive behavior and life skills.  To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher prepared a positive behavior scale consisting of (24) items, and a life skills scale consisting of (25) items. The researcher applied the two tools to a randomly selected research sample consisting of (300) Tikrit University teachers. The results showed  The research shows that university teachers have positive behavior, and there is no difference according to gender and specialization, and university teachers have life skills, and there is no difference according to gender and specialization, and the results showed that there is a positive correlation between positive behavior and life skills
