An Effective Educational Program Based on Context Theory in Developing the Judicial Competence of Fifth Graders in the Literary Branch

Abstract
The present study aims to present an effective educational program based on context theory in the experimental specialty for female students in the literary class. To achieve the goal of the research, the researcher imposed clear hypotheses for his research and followed the experimental design, using pre-test and post-test, and defining the ongoing research community with female students in the distinguished literary class (2023-2024 ) which included (75) female students. The students were divided into two groups: (38) female students for the experimental group and (37) female students for the control group. The researcher prepared (91) behavioral objectives. He also prepared the research tool himself, which is a measure of the efficiency of mental judgment, and its validity and reliability were confirmed. He used appropriate statistical methods to analyze the data. The study was conducted statistically, and the results showed that there is a statistically significant difference between the two research groups in the research variables and in favor of the experimental group. The researcher explains this as follows:
The female students of the experimental group who study the Arabic language subject (grammar) according to the educational program based on context theory excelled between the pre- and post-application of the mental judgment scale and in favor of the post-test.
