Geographical Distribution and Density of the Population in Salah al-Din Governorate for two years (2014, 2019)

Abstract
This research explores knowledge of the reality of population distribution and their density in Salah al-Din Governorate through an analytical and objective presentation of the nature and pattern of that distribution in the urban and rural areas of the governorate and a statement of the total geographical factors affecting it, whether natural or human, which the research seeks to address and determine the levels of their impact on the variation of geographical distribution for its residents from a different demographic and environmental points of view. This study is interested in presenting a clear picture of the division of dimensions, current and future trends of population distribution and its various patterns among the administrative units of the study area according to the aspects of the cadastral population relations in it and the extent of the effect of the existing link between them, and the extent of its reflection on its spatial variation in general and the size of the obstacles facing the way of its distribution on its geographical area in particular. Thus, the possibility of developing appropriate solutions and treatments for it is handled in this paper. This research concluded in the output of its data and its verified results that there is a state of imbalance and discrepancy in the distribution of the population of the study area according to the importance of the site and the pattern of population concentration in it, as well as the form of unbalanced distribution in some areas and other parts of it, which is mainly due to the deficiencies of those involved in demographic and environmental planning in it at the level of population distribution in urban and rural areas, in addition to those geographical factors indicated above, which together have drawn features of the actual population distribution and density in the governorate.
