Abstract

The educational mission is not limited to providing education, but also includes other areas, including food, health and security awareness...etc. In order to increase it, culture of society plays the first leading role in helping learners to be good individuals in a modern world that requires knowledge, thinking, care, solving problems, measuring efficiency, and measuring development. In fact, development needs to reconsider the programs offered by the contemporary educational administration, which requires a focused organization to improve the process progress.  This is achieved only through elaborative educational planning that draws the desired future picture and how to reach it. As far as any improvised action that does not depend on prior planning, its results are dominated by waste and loss. While the planned work is characterized by a good investment in time and capabilities.

The need for planning and detailing it on a continuous basis requires the development process of society, which has become inclined to complexity as well as many other factors and variables that affect the educational process, both quantitatively and qualitatively, including the increase in the number of students, the different providers of education, and the limited resources. There are many factors that affect the student's personality. In these circumstances, strategic planning must be used, which studies the past, diagnoses the present, and reads the future. It constitutes the desired future.
