The effect of a counseling program on developing the perceived self-efficacy of middle school students for the fourth scientific class.

Abstract
The current research aims to identify the effect of a counseling program in developing the perceived self-efficacy of middle school students, and the objectives of the study were as follows:
- Knowing the level of perceived self-efficacy among middle school students for the fourth scientific class.
- The effect of the counseling program on developing the level of the perceived self-efficacy of middle school students for the fourth scientific class..The number of instructional sessions reached (20) sessions, the duration of one session (40) minutes by three sessions per week, and the validity of the tools was investigated after they were presented to a committee of specialists in educational psychology and psychological guidance, and the statistical methods used in the research included the (Chi-square test, T-test for two independent samples, T-test for two closely related samples, Pearson correlation coefficient, Fakronbach equation).The researcher reached the results, which is the low level of perceived self-efficacy among middle school students. Also, there is a positive impact of the indicative program used in this study, in developing the perceived self-efficacy of a sample (experimental group)for this ,the researcher recommends building extension and educational programs to develop the self-efficacy for other school stages and made a set of recommendations and suggestions.
