التوسع الحضري وأثره على كفاءة خدمات البنى التحتية في مدينة الشرقاط

Abstract

Accompanying the urban expansion of cities is demographic and spatial an increase in the demands of the daily life of the inhabitants including the high demand for basic infrastructure services, as the increase in its daily use and its connection to the level of development of urban life within it .And that the deficit at any stage of its performance will inevitably affect the level of provision of these service to the population within any city, which certainly entails serious environmental and health risks .On this basis ,this study came to assess the efficiency of these services in light of the urban expansion that the city witnessed during its growth stages and study the nature of its spatial distribution and its conformity with planning standards applied in cities ,Due to its great role in providing humanitarian needs within the city ,on the grounds that the city should have all these services .And any deficiency or defect in its distribution will inevitably lead to the low share of the approved individual in obtaining services in terms of quantity and quality according to the standards to be applied in Iraq .Therefore ,this study came as an attempt to understand the reality of these services and determine your main problems as an attempt to develop appropriate solutions to them and present them to the relevant authorities for the purpose of preparing the necessary requirements for its development because its contributes to building the city and it supports the movement of structural development in the future.
