Abstract

This study deals with the reality of the distribution of religious services in Dholuiya city at the level of all its residential neighborhoods to match check with planning standards applied in cities. This paper tries to assess the efficiency of their spatial distribution and find out the degree of satisfaction of the population using GIS techniques and analysis of spatial and functional variables for this services in the study area. Given that the religious function is spiritually, socially and educationally important for all the inhabitants of human settlements. It must be provided schematically and to be available for all members of society and the possibility of obtaining it without difficulty in order to establish a conscious society. As its availability and the extent of its investment is definite evidence and clear indication on the level of development and implementation the economic and social development programmers in cities in general. .Any deficiency or defect in its distribution will inevitably lead to the low share of the approved individual in obtaining services in terms of quantity and quality according to the standards to be applied in Iraq .Therefore, this study came as an attempt to understand the reality of these services and determine your main problems as an attempt to develop appropriate solutions to address them in the future. By stakeholders involved in the development this type of important services in cities.
